Andrea boasts over eight years of professional experience leading multi-faceted programs and projects focused on health equity, workforce development, training, and community engagement. She is a collaborative and innovative leader committed to driving strategic goals and objectives utilizing human centered approaches. She has a proven track record of successfully managing grant funded programs from initial concept to completion, conducting needs assessments and environmental analysis, and designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Andrea is a proud Latina, and is bilingual in English and Spanish, she is an articulate communicator and takes pride in her ability to connect with others, build consensus among stakeholders, and inspire people to perform at their best to effectively serve the community. She is excited to be a part of Unified Workforce, because she believes in the power of employment that is equitable, carries benefits, and that helps an individual grow and prosper. InĀ 2016, Andrea graduated from the Colorado School of Public Health at Colorado State University with her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree. Andrea is a native South Texan, but currently calls Denver home. She lives with her partner, Ryan, and their two almost – russian blue cats Benito & Luisa.
