PRESCREEN
- Search and screen for candidates through Social Media
- Set up an interview for candidates
- Set up assessments for candidates
- Review assessments with candidates
- Present candidates to companies as part of the selection process
ONBOARDING
- Choose and confirm top 2 candidates for a campus or informational interview
- Process background check – references, drug screening and background
- Provide my findings to the company
- Set up a time to meet with employee’s supervisor and explain Unified Workforce expectation
- Create documents and ask for signatures (i.e. offer letter and agreements with employer and
employee)

POST-OFFER
- Continue my relationship with an employee – check-in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year
- Continue educational support for the employee through workshops and academic setting
- Connect employee with HR personnel
- Facilitate employee with a peer mentor
- Liaise between employee and supervisor or HR personnel
COACH EMPLOYEE
- Meet with the individual in different increments
- Map out an individualized road map both personally and professionally
- Assist informational interview with the right person in the next phase
- Review and assess performance appraisals
- Implement succession planning for employees so the company has full-cycle employment
