  • Create documents and ask for signatures (i.e. offer letter and agreements with employer and




  • Continue my relationship with an employee – check-in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year
  • Continue educational support for the employee through workshops and academic setting
  • Connect employee with HR personnel
  • Facilitate employee with a peer mentor
  • Liaise between employee and supervisor or HR personnel



  • Meet with the individual in different increments
  • Map out an individualized road map both personally and professionally
  • Assist informational interview with the right person in the next phase
  • Review and assess performance appraisals
  • Implement succession planning for employees so the company has full-cycle employment
