CAPABILITY STATEMENT

OUR ORGANIZATION

Founded in 2021, Unified Workforce (UWF) is an organization that focuses on the job candidates from the beginning of their job search to their stability in the work environment while assisting an employer’s retention pool. As an employee-focused and quality driven organization, we use experiential learning with self-developed curriculum and provide customer service to businesses to fulfill their corporate social responsibility. We also navigate our services through multiple intersections (racism, sexism, and classism) to distinct entities (non-profit, small businesses, corporations, government sectors, and education institutions) by promoting a diverse workforce.

OUR MISSION

UWF is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization in which we recruit and assist candidates of all walks of life in finding supportable employment. Individuals discover their professional path and find professions based on their education, experience, and interests. We are also the gatekeeper with collaborating employers through prescreening and matching excellent candidates for their work environment. Unified Workforce is unique in fostering the growth of diverse workforce population to enrich a company’s culture.
