EMPLOYEE CYCLE

PRESCREEN
- Search and screen for job seekers through Social Media
- Set up an interview for job seekers
- Prepare and review assessments with job seekers
- Present individuals to companies as part of the selection process
ONBOARD
- Choose and confirm the individual for a campus or informational interview
- Process background check – references, drug screening and background
- Set up a time to meet with the individual’s supervisor and explain UWF expectation
- Create documents and ask for signatures for them
TRACK AND BUILD EMPLOYMENT POOL
- Recruit from all demographics
- Network and build partnerships with various demographics
- Strategize with businesses in improving the employment pool
- Utilize non-traditional avenues for finding talent
MAINTAIN RETENTION POOL
- Design and implement employee recognition and appreciation program
- Help companies understand inclusion in the workforce
- Serve as an agent with external support (i.e. GOAL and monthly peer connection)
- Support services for HR personnel as requested (i.e. tracking report)
POST-OFFER
- Continue my relationship with the individual – check-in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year
- Provide educational support for the individual with workshops and academic settings for the duration of one year
- Facilitate individual with a peer mentor
- Liaise between individual and supervisor
COACH EMPLOYEE
- Map out an individualized road map both personally and professionally
- Prepare the individual in their professional journey
- Review and assess performance appraisals after each evaluation is made
- Implement succession planning for individuals as they embark after one year of employment
Consultation
Individual Consulting
UWF’s advisor provides expertise in various human resources areas. We provide job seekers find future employment on a short-term or long-term basis. We identify solutions to specific issues for them. We serve as a coach in a variety of forms. Our advice is kept confidential.
Business Support
A UWF advisor is an experienced professional in a variety of different fields and has a wide knowledge of the subject matter at hand. Their expertise is provided on a temporary basis and associated with a fee. They are retained in-house by the employer on a short-term or long-term basis. Reports and presentations are used for documentation. Their advice is kept confidential and only given as is deemed necessary to the business.
Group Consulting
UWF serve as an independent advisor to any group setting – public or private. This service is on a temporary basis. The advisor provides suggestions on a wide range of subjects through group presentations. Group discussions are kept confidential within the setting and are not allowed to be shared outside of the group.
APPRENTICE AND INTERN RECRUITMENT
